This Privacy Policy explains how 清波数景工作室 (Tsingwave Studio) ("Tsingwave", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit our website (qingbo.dev) and use our unified AI API platform (the "Service"). It also describes your privacy rights. Tsingwave is the controller responsible for your personal data.

2. The Data We Collect

Identity data — name, username, or developer ID.
Contact data — email address and, where provided, organization details.
Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, time-zone and approximate location derived from IP.
Usage data — how you use the website and API, including which models you access and your request volume.
API data — API keys (stored in encrypted or hashed form), request logs, usage metrics, and billing records.
Content data — the prompts, inputs, and generated outputs you send to and receive from AI models through the Service.
Payment data — handled by our third-party payment processors; we receive transaction records and limited billing details but do not store full card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
route and process API requests and return AI model responses;
manage your API keys and authenticate your requests;
monitor usage, enforce rate limits and quotas, calculate billing, and process payments;
provide customer and developer support;

send service-related communications (changes, maintenance, new models, security notices); and
analyze and improve the performance and reliability of the Service.

4. How Your Inputs Are Shared with Model Providers

Tsingwave is a gateway to third-party AI models. To fulfil your request, your inputs (prompts and any attached data) are transmitted to the third-party model provider you select, which processes them to generate a response. Each provider handles your data under its own terms and privacy policy. We share only what is necessary to complete your request. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train our own models, and we do not sell your personal data.

5. Other Sharing and Disclosure

Besides model providers, we may share data with:

Service providers — identity/authentication, cloud hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, and customer support, who process data on our behalf under contract;
Legal and safety — where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of Tsingwave, our users, or the public; and
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Where We Process Data

The Service is operated for developers outside the Chinese mainland and is not available in the Chinese mainland. Your data — including inputs routed to the model provider you select — is processed on our infrastructure and by the providers and processors described above, which may be located in various countries. Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate steps to safeguard such processing.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — including providing the Service, meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Request logs and usage records are retained for operational, billing, and security purposes and then deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss and unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. API keys are stored in encrypted or hashed form, and access to personal data is limited to personnel and processors with a business need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
